return the item, and for an alternative book to be sent out to you. Returned books must be
in prime condition, and the seal on any disk or cd must not be broken. Your statutory

orders placed via the Computer Manuals Web Site.

| VAT is present where applicable. For books which include disk/CD, VAT is
payable on the disk/CD alone, usually at 17.5%, and this works out to be a normal VAT
amount of 1.75% of the cost of the item. For software (CD-ROMs and Other Software) the
standard 17.5% applies. Please note that all prices were correct at the time of writing.
However, since the prices are set by the publishers, not ourselves, we reserve the right
to change the prices from those printed, should they be changed by the publisher. If in
doubt, please contact us for the latest prices.

For postal orders and returns, please note freepost service may take 2-3 days longer than
